Aveshka is seeking a Training Specialist Finance / Contracts in support of the Administration for Strategic Preparedness and Response (ASPR).

ASPR is a public health preparedness and emergency response organization in the Office of the Secretary at the United States Department of Health and Human Services.

ASPR was created under the Pandemic and All Hazards Preparedness Act in the wake of Hurricane Katrina to lead the nation in preventing, preparing for, and responding to the adverse health effects of public health emergencies and disasters.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess customer training needs
• Develop, organize, conduct and evaluate training programs
• Hold meetings and presentations on learning material
• Direct structured learning experiences
• Plan, organize, and implement a range of training activities

Qualifications

Required Education

Graduate degree in life sciences or public health

Required Experience

8- 10 years of experience as a SME and program manager

Required Clearance

Public Trust
