You could apply your talents within an expanding company by applying via Robert Half today!What you get to do every day- Maintain implementation and insure adherence to accounting policies and procedures- Establish relevant and timely reports on financial data analytics like the monthly flash report, key financial metrics, and actual spend against budgets/outlook- Gather a number of technical accounting analyses, procedures, and policies- Assist the accounting team during the closing process to assure deadlines are met- Sophisticated preparation and coordination of fiscal year-end audits- Detect and prepare process improvements to streamline reporting and improve team efficiency- Backfill for Controller as needed- Scan and conceive Ad Hoc financial reports- Promote accountability and the meeting of deliverables- Confirm regular account reconciliation to completion- Assist with the preparation of GAAP financial statements, including budgeting and forecasting- Perform other duties when necessary- Encourage to ensure a competent, trained staff through goal setting, regular assessment, and developmentSalary Information:$70,000.00 - 80,000.00.
