Good Samaritan Hospice, an entity of Concordia Lutheran Ministries, is seeking a Clinical Supervisor, RN for a full time position which will report to our Administrative office in Valencia, PA.Our Hospice Clinical Supervisors are the heart of our organization and are responsible for overseeing day to day patient care by assisting patients, caregivers/families, Interdisciplinary Group (IDG) members and health care providers involved in our patient care.The Clinical Supervisor RN position works Monday through Friday with a holiday and weekend rotation (every fourth weekend.)QUALIFICATIONS for Clinical Supervisor Registered Nurse:Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of PennsylvaniaTwo (2) years hospice experience preferredPossesses strong assessment, problem solving and decision making skillsSolid computer skills, including Word, Excel and electronic medical record (EMR) programsExcellent organizational skills with attention to detailOutstanding communication skills (both written and verbal)Must be able to identify and anticipate patient and family needsRESPONSIBILITIES for Clinical Supervisor Registered Nurse:Assist with patient care plans and assessmentsIdentify and resolve clinical issuesProvide clinical supervision, direction and guidance to our staffMonitor data management systems
