Job Summary: The Marketing and Engagement Manager will support virtual and in person communications and marketing for Hayes Consulting and Coaching Services. This role will focus on community outreach and the management of all social media platforms and content.

Reports to: Owner/ Founder

FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage the company’s social media accounts, create and posts content, design and execution of social media campaigns
• Manage and develop content for the company’s recurring newsletter.
• Maintain community connections by attending partner events/networking on behalf of HCC.
• Conduct community outreach to local organizations to enlist HCC in speaking engagements by cold emailing and connecting with current HCC partners.
• Develop Marketing/Brand toolkit; including one pagers, templates, powerpoints, etc.
• Purchase goods and services from local businesses to develop care packages and gift baskets.

REQUIREMENTS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Experience with major social media platforms, including Facebook, twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Attention to detail
• Professionalism
• Experience or interest in social media analytics software, including Facebook Insights, Google Analytics and Twitter Analytics to track audience engagement and campaign performance
• Personal Laptop, WIFI, and mobile phone will be required.
• Must have High school diploma and/or GED

SALARY

• Part time, 10 hours/week- $20 - S25/hr. - 12 month period
