Description
Status : Non- Exempt, Part Time Monday Tuesday Wednesday 20 hours / week

Job Duties :
The successful candidate will assist RCIL in processing payroll to over 3000 employees.
- Assist in processing weekly payroll utilizing ADP payroll system.
- Design and run routine and investigative reports on payroll, time and attendance, and overtime hours.
- Resolve payroll discrepancies, and address issues and questions regarding payroll.
- Prepare required reports, including weekly payroll general ledger entry.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :
- Two years of experience processing payroll or data entry.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
- Interest in working and communicating with people.
