We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Service Manager to join our team at Ramsey Subaru. In this role, you will support the Service Manager in overseeing the service department, ensuring efficient and profitable operations, and delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing the daily operations of the service department.
• Support the Service Manager in achieving departmental goals and objectives.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing customer concerns and providing solutions.
• Monitor and improve service processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Assist in scheduling service appointments and managing workflow to meet customer demand.
• Supervise and train service staff to maintain high performance standards.
• Oversee parts inventory and ensure timely availability of parts and supplies.
• Handle administrative tasks such as preparing reports, maintaining records, and managing budgets.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer experience.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education or technical training preferred.
• Previous experience in an automotive service department or related field.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in using computer software and dealership management systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
