Job Description

We are looking for a User Experience Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an expert in the field of UX design and have a deep understanding of how to design for the web. You should be familiar with all modern web technologies and have excellent analytical skills. Ultimately, you should be able to deliver high-quality user experiences that engage and delight our customers.

Responsibilities

• Designing user experiences that meet the needs of our customers’ sites and applications
• Understanding the requirements of other stakeholders (e.g. end users, developers, brand managers)
• Communicating with stakeholders (e.g. product managers, developers, and customers) to ensure user experience goals are met
• Communicating with other departments (e.g. marketing, sales, and customer service) to ensure user experience goals are achieved
• Identifying customer pain points and developing solutions that leverage our expertise in user experience design
• Conducting user studies to collect data on customer pain points and emerging technologies
• Designing user flows and interfaces using wireframes and prototypes
• Developing intuitive and engaging user experiences that leverage existing systems or integrate new systems into existing systems
• Building out new user experience features using React or AngularJS; also other front-end frameworks such as Bootstrap or Material UI
• Testing user experiences using automated testing tools such as Selenium or WebDriver
• Communicating with other departments (e.g. marketing, sales, and customer service) to ensure user experience goals are achieved
