Responsibilities
- Design and develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for our website's UI using Sketch and Figma
- Conduct user research to inform design decisions and create user personas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features and functionality
- Create design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across the website
- Develop and maintain design documentation, including design rationale, design specifications, and design assets
- Work with developers to ensure design implementation is accurate and meets design requirements
- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design
- 3 years of experience in UX design, with a focus on website redesign
- Strong understanding of human-centered design principles and user research methodologies
- Proficiency in Sketch and Figma, with experience using these tools for wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity design
- Experience with design systems and style guides
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience with responsive web design and mobile-first design approaches
- Familiarity with front-end development tools such as HTML/CSS/JavaScript
- Knowledge of accessibility guidelines and best practices
- Certification in UX design (e.g. Certified UX Designer)
- Experience working with agile development methodologies
