Title: HR / Payroll Analyst
Location: Casa Grande, AZ
Contract position
Requirements:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree or certification in Operations Management, Human Resources Management, or a related field, or possess equivalent experience.
- Have 5 years of experience in payroll operations or payroll implementation.
- Demonstrate proven work experience in payroll.
- Possess hands-on experience with payroll, time and attendance, and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
- Preferably have diverse HR experience, including payroll, operations, benefits, immigration, etc.
- Have experience with US or international payroll.
- Possess a solid understanding of project management principles.
- Exhibit excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Demonstrate the ability to support operations effectively.
- Showcase proficiency in documenting and enhancing operational processes.
- Be a proactive self-starter willing to take the lead in driving implementation.
