Lucky Eagle Casino and Hotel is Hiring a Database Marketing Analyst Near Rochester, WA
This position ensures the confidentiality, security, and accuracy of guest’s records, and promotes positive guest and team member relations. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required and outstanding guest service to fellow team members, guests, vendors, etc. is expected. Regular attendance is required, and on occasion, later hours or weekend time may be required with project deadlines.
Supervisory ResponsibilityThis position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.
Essential FunctionsThe essential functions of the Database Analyst include but are not limited to:
Monthly data pulls for upcoming campaigns and preparation of files and matrices.Promotional and offer setup, maintenance and troubleshooting in Casino systems.Proofreading, internal communication and maintenance of offer information.Coordinate technical aspects of direct mail program assisting Database Manager with any required direct mail efforts. Review event calendar to aid in planning, scheduling, and guaranteeing mail dates are met in a timely manner.Explore opportunities for database system advances, improvement, and automation and maximizing database effectiveness.Design and implement computer forms and spreadsheets, perform queries and data extracts as needed.Is friendly, helpful, and courteous with other team members, vendors, and guests. Exemplifies the Casinos’ Soaring Service Program.Understands and adheres to all regulatory, Tribal, Casino and department rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.Performs other duties as assigned.
Educational RequirementsA Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or related field required, and/or a combination of equivalent education and experience will be considered.
Skill, Knowledge, And Experience RequirementsA minimum of three (3) years of database experience required. Business or marketing experience is highly desirable.
Applicant must possess excellent communication, organizational and analytical skills. Knowledge of database marketing principles and systems, analytical, financial, and operational reporting required. The applicant must be number-oriented and computer literate, with database and software skills. Must be able to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Demonstrate a high level of proficiency with MS Excel, MS Access, and MS Word. Be familiar with Structure Query Language [SQL] and Open Data Base Connectivity [ODBC] standards. Must be a team player and possess ability to work in a self-directed manner.
Must be a minimum of 21 years old and have the ability to obtain and retain a Washington State Class III Gaming License; successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust to focus.
EnvironmentThe environment characteristics described here are representative of those a team member may encounter while performing the essential functions of the position.
Primarily indoors and may be exposed to heavy smoke and fluctuations in temperature while in and around the Casino and/or Hotel. May also, from time-to-time, be exposed to noise from slot machines, customers, music and public announcement systems, as is common in a Casino and/or Hotel environment.
