Job Overview:
The E-commerce Account Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing our Amazon account portfolio, ensuring the effective management of this online sales channel to maximize revenue and profitability. This role involves strategic planning, account optimization, and client relationship management specifically tailored to the Amazon marketplace.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management:
Manage and grow a portfolio of Amazon accounts.
Develop strategic plans to increase sales and profitability on the Amazon platform.
Monitor account performance metrics and implement improvements.
Sales and Marketing:
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective online marketing strategies for Amazon.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity on Amazon to offer the best recommendations and strategies.
Support promotional planning and execution in line with Amazon's e-commerce strategies.
Data Analysis:
Regularly analyze performance data to understand the effectiveness of strategies and identify areas for improvement.
Provide detailed reports on Amazon account performance, growth, ROI, and other key metrics.
Project Management:
Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing, supply chain, and product teams, to ensure seamless execution of Amazon e-commerce strategies.
Manage projects and timelines to ensure that all Amazon account-related activities are executed promptly.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
At least 4 years of experience in e-commerce account management, specifically with Amazon.
In-depth knowledge of Amazon's seller central, advertising, and other relevant tools.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in Mandarin is highly desirable.
