Job Summary
We are hiring a Full Time or Part Time Support Coordinator to work and grow with us. This Support Coordinator should live in Central New Jersey. Counties to be served are Middlesex, Monmouth, Ocean, Burlington, Mercer, Atlantic and Cape May Counties. The position involves supporting Individuals with Developmental Disabilities and their families by developing personalized service plans and to link Individuals with needed services and supports within the Home and Community. As a Support Coordinator, you must be willing and able to travel and drive throughout the State of New Jersey within the Counties mentioned above.
