CuraLinc Healthcare is seeking a Contract Specialist that is responsible for partnering with department heads and sales professionals in the preparation, review and editing of contracts between the Company and potential or existing clients and vendors.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Draft and Edit Contracts Using Established Template Agreements
  • Analyze and Support the Negotiation of Complex Contract Provisions
  • Proofread, Edit, and Fact-Check Legal Documents for Accuracy and Consistency
  • Ensure Compliance with the Company's Policies and Applicable Laws
  • Prepare Correspondence to Various Stakeholders and Respond to Inquiries and Proposed Actions
  • Ensure that the Terms of Contractual Agreements are Written in Language that is Legally Binding and in Accordance with the Desires of the Client and the Company
  • Self-Monitor Progress According to Various Schedules of Completion to Submit Drafts and Documents in a Timely Manner
  • Assist in the Contract Finalization Process

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Proven Work Experience as a Contract Specialist or Similar Role in the Employee Benefits Industry
  • Bachelor's Degree Required, Master's Degree in Jurisprudence Preferred
  • Ability to Clearly Explain Contract Terminology to Clients and other Interested Parties in Simple, Everyday Language
  • Ability to Work Independently
  • Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills
  • Strong Attention to Detail
  • Highly Organized
