Job Responsibilities and Activities:
The Direct of Sales will initiate, develop, and maintain client relationships such that the lab product flow is increased and managed in a way that maximizes organizational value. In doing so, the Director of Sales will:
  • Design and implement strategic plans to reach sales targets and expand into new business opportunities.
  • Initiate, cultivate, manage, and expand new and existing client relationships.
  • Manage, oversee, motivate, and lead the Sales Team.
  • Educate potential clients as to the products, services, and expertise offered by Assured Testing Laboratories.
  • Attend networking events, industry socials, grand openings, and trade shows to increase Assured Testing Laboratories visibility and accessibility.
  • Interact with Financial and Operational Teams professionally and collaboratively.
  • Provide guidance, leadership, and motivation to Client Service Teams.
  • Maintain directly or indirectly (via delegation) a comprehensive database of contacts, leads, and interactions with potential clients.
  • Collaborate with appropriate team members on marketing materials, helping develop a marketing strategy.
  • Provide regular and periodic reports and feedback on market insights, competitor activities, and customer feedback to directors and partners.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or like field;
  • Five (5) years’ experience in sales and a proven track record;
  • Experience in leadership and professional development.
