Legal Assistant / Paralegal Position

Small Civil Litigation Firm located in Tustin seeks a full-time Legal Assistant / Paralegal.

Helpful experience includes knowledge of litigation rules and procedures, calendaring, typing, proofreading and dictation skills. Candidates should be proficient with computer software Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.

Must be a team player, self-starter that can work independently to meet deadlines. Salary is competitive, based on experience and skill level. Health benefits available.

The position has an administrative component including communicating with clients and vendors, taking telephone calls, tracking billable time, file maintenance/organization, and other duties as required or assigned.

Bi-lingual (Spanish) is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
