Entry Level Sales Manager
We are establishing an additional office in the Tuscaloosa area to continue our success after more than a century in the Birmingham area. We are seeking natural leaders with a drive and purpose to help others to join our team. In addition to maintaining an existing clientele and attracting new ones, this role will entail managing and supervising a team of five to ten people. In order to advance in both your personal and professional career, we want you to become an expert in coaching and developing people. We have procedures and systems in place that, when followed, will ensure success in this capacity. Requirements for the Entry Level Management role:
- Maintain knowledge
- Create relationships with existing and future clients
- Ability to train and develop individuals on a team with existing systems and processes
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Self discipline and time management skills
- Desire to reach goals on a personal and professional level
- Ability to function in a high paced, ever changing environment
- Must be able to pass a background check and hold a valid drivers license
- Must have a Windows operating laptop
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
