Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and sales, with a keen eye for detail and a friendly demeanor.
Duties:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product information, demonstrate product features, and answer any customer inquiries
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Meet and exceed sales targets through upselling and cross-selling techniques
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals
Requirements:
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building customer relationships
- Basic math skills for processing transactions and calculating discounts
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required
- Proficiency in English; multilingual abilities are a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
