Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our team. As a Room Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our guests' rooms. This position requires excellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities
- Ensure all assigned rooms are inspected for cleanliness and meet established standards
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the Housekeeping Management
- Respond promptly to guest requests for additional supplies or services
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with guests
- Follow all safety procedures and protocols while performing duties
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding cleanliness and hygiene standards

Experience:
- Previous experience in custodial or housekeeping roles preferred
- Knowledge of hotel or hospitality industry practices is a plus
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and techniques is beneficial
- Ability to perform floor care tasks such as mopping, waxing, and buffing is desired

Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards
- Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient completion of tasks
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good communication skills to interact with guests and colleagues effectively
