In this Customer Service Manager role, you would be responsible for leading a small team of engineering technicians and customer service administrative associates to drive sales, effectively coordinate projects, and provide excellent customer service. This is a great opportunity for someone who is ready to continue to grow their management skills, lead a dynamic team, and build strong client relations.Customer Service Manager Job Duties:
- Direct and develop a team of 6; engineer technicians and customer service administrative
- Provide excellent customer service, building strong client relations
- Professional communication, verbal and written
- Problem solving, ability to resolve short and long term issues
- Financial budgeting and reporting
Schedule: Monday- Friday, Day Shift (fully onsite)
- travel 1-2 times per year
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Management
- 3 years of management experience within manufacturing or production
- 2 years experience in customer service roles or account management
- Experience developing teams, and achieving KPI's
- Computer proficiency with MS Office suites, excel, SAP
- Excellent written and verbal communication
