The Holiday Inn Express & Comfort Inn & Suites in Troy Ohio is seeking a front desk representative to work with our great team in Troy.
We are looking for someone with an out-going personality, who must also be professional, enthusiastic and energetic. Experience preferred, but not required. As a front of the line employee, it is important that our desk associates are able to welcome our guest in a friendly and professional manner. Responsibilities Include:
Making reservations and accommodating guests requests prior to arrival
Performing efficient guest check-ins and check-outs
Handling guests issues on property and on the phone
Monitoring upcoming arrivals for leisure and group reservations
Welcoming guests to our property based on our brand standards
Properly communicating with other shifts & departments to provide exceptional customer service
Maintaining a professional and positive attitude to better serve our guests
Handling on property requests in a timely manner
