Job Description

Sodecia North America is seeking a Controller to support the financial planning and reporting of the organization. The Controller will be responsible for the following:

• Financial planning and reporting of the organization including budgeting, forecasting, forecasting reconciliation, and analysis
• Budgeting and forecasting of the organization
• Reconciliation of financial transactions and analysis
• Analysis of financial position and performance
• KPI's

Support of annual budget review process including preparation of annual budgets, review, approval, and monitoring of budgets as well as preparation of annual budgets for non-profit organizations. Support of all accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, and bank reconciliation.

• Support of all reporting functions including preparation of monthly financial reports.
• Support of all other functions as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field required. Master’s degree preferred.

Experience: Minimum 3 -5 years relevant experience in accounting or finance required. Experience in Automotive Industry is a plus

Skills Required: Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel with advanced skills in advanced formulas and data analysis. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills. Must have strong organizational skills with ability to work independently with little supervision.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $114,766.00 per year
