DescriptionJob Summary: The Manager of Eligibility's primary functions include processing enrollment additions, terminations, and changes for our members. Our clients are varied and represent a multitude of industries. The Analyst is responsible for a dedicated subset of employer groups and works with their staff to conduct membership reconciliations, assist with new client implementations, and manage day-to-day enrollment updates. This position serves as a primary enrollment contact and works with external vendors to ensure that eligibility is successfully synchronized between the client and our partners. Duties/Responsibilities
Process enrollment requests via the portal and electronic file transmission.
Resolve member/group eligibility inquiries.
Escalate issues to management and/or service partners when appropriate and manage through to resolution.
Prioritize and manage workload efficiently to meet deadlines.
Support member eligibility maintenance, including enrollments/terminations, etc.
Required Skills/Abilities
Manager a team and handle all escalated customer calls.
Demonstrates sense of personal accountability.
Exhibits strong technical skills and is adept with Microsoft office, particularly Excel.
Customer service skills – good communicator with internal & external entities
Ability to work effectively as a team member as well as independently.
Possess strong organizational, problem solving, and time management skills.
Collaborative and confident in presenting ideas to improve processes.
Quality conscious with strong attention to detail
Possesses strong troubleshooting capabilities.
Education And Experience
Experience as an enrollment/eligibility representative with a carrier or third-party administrator preferred.
