TEKsystems client is in need of a Support analyst for their Tonawanda, NY office location. Our client is in need of a Desktop support analyst who can confidently communicate with business stake holders, hold excellent customer service, support PC and peripherals for the Office. The best person for the role will come from another similar environment with 1-2 years experience supporting Windows platforms, Warehouse experience with Scanner, network printers and a record of customer service.
The Desktop Support Technician's role is to support and maintain organizational computer systems, desktops, and peripherals. That includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all organizational hardware and equipment while ensuring optimal workstation performance. The person will also troubleshoot problem areas (in person, by telephone, or via work order) in a timely and accurate fashion, and provide end-user assistance where required.
