Must have 3 years’ experience • Must be proficient in physician CPT and ICD9 / ICD10 coding and familiar with the insurance billing, pre-authorization and inquiry processes • Must be able to analyze pre-operative and operative reports and accurately code procedures and diagnosis codes • Familiarity with Medicare, PPO's, HMO's, Out-of-Network plans • Must have the ability to adhere to quality and quantity standards of the practice as well as industry mandated guidelines and regulations • Must have excellent organizational skills
