Ed Shults Ford Lincoln in Olean, Pennsylvania is seeking a skilled and experienced Automotive Service Technician to join our team.

This position will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles in a timely and efficient manner. This is a full-time, hourly position with opportunities for growth and development within the company.

Responsibilities:

- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections
- Diagnose issues and recommend appropriate repairs and solutions
- Use diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately identify and resolve problems
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers regarding the status of repairs
- Meet productivity and efficiency goals set by management
- Keep a clean and organized work area, following safety protocols at all times
- Continuously update knowledge and skills through training programs and workshops
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Automotive Service Technician
- Must have valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Strong knowledge of automotive technology and systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
- Must have own tools
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
