Raybrex Dental Recruiting is Hiring a Dentist Near Tiffin, OH

We are a dentist recruiting company working with a very reputable & privately owned office that is seeking an associate dentist. The office also has a busy patient base already developed and is averaging over 110 new patients per month. They are averaging 4.9 stars on their online reviews out of over 600 reviews!

The office is a fee for service and PPO office with no Medicaid and no HMOs. No nights and no weekends are required. They have an excellent staff to support their dentists. Depending on the day, they have between 2 and 3 hygienists, 2 and 3 assistants and 2 EFDAS.

The office is in a new building with all state of the art with iTero, CEREC, paperless charting, digital x-rays, and much more. They also have an excellent and long tenured staff that work very well together.

A full time and experienced dentist can expect to earn between 300K to 350K per year or more, depending on procedures performed and experience. There is amazing mentoring for new grads as well, as they have 1 other full time dentist and 1 part time one that does advanced procedures. Both of which have excellent experience and are more than willing to help mentor.

They are offering a very competitive daily guarantee and a competitive percentage of collections. They also offer benefits, retirement plan and continuing education stipend.

Associate Dentist Responsibilities:

  • Examining patients' teeth and gums to diagnose and treat various oral health issues.
  • Utilizing X-rays and computer-generated imaging to assist with examinations.
  • Providing dental treatments to patients.
  • Administering local anesthesia to patients as needed.
  • Educating patients on good oral hygiene practices and advising them on proper aftercare following certain dental procedures.

Associate Dentist Requirements:

  • Doctor of dental surgery (DDS) or doctor of medicine in dentistry (DMD).
  • State license to practice dentistry.
  • Proven experience working in a dental practice.
  • The ability to work in a team.
  • Good hand-eye coordination.
  • Excellent communication skills.
