Rotating 12's : 630am-630pm OR 630pm-630am
Job Duties will include: Mold set-ups, label, and color changes, troubleshooting and process monitoring to produce plastic molded parts that meet customer specifications. Responsibility includes ensuring production and safety requirements are met and maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operate production equipment to manufacture products according to specifications.
2. Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet standards.
3. Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform maintenance tasks as needed.
4. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
5. Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
6. Document production activities and maintain accurate production records.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
