Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Mequon, WI for a Quality Inspector (Metal Fabrications). The role is responsible for ensuring quality standards are met on the shop floor, including conducting visual and dimensional inspections for numerous operations such as weld and paint to ensuring conformances to customer specifications. The Quality Inspector (Metal Fabrications) will also be responsible for performing root cause analysis, implementing corrective actions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve quality goals and objectives.

• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Experience in metal fabrication is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field is preferred

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
