```Overview```
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Field Service Technician to join our team. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing on-site maintenance and repair services for our clients. This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical knowledge and excellent customer service skills.

- Perform routine maintenance and repairs
- Troubleshoot systems to identify and resolve issues
- Conduct inspections to assess equipment performance and identify potential problems
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction
- Document all service activities, including repairs, replacements, and parts used
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers as needed

```Requirements```
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification is a plus, but not required
- Proven experience as a Field Service Technician or similar role
- Familiarity with residential maintenance practices and mechanical knowledge
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively

-Must be willing to work in confined spaces including attics

-Must be comfortable with working on a roof
