We are currently seeking a Senior HR Manager to join our Eastern Region office located in Charlotte, NC. This office supports 4500 employees at 73 locations in Alabama, Delaware, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, and Virginia.
As the Senior Region HR Manager, you'll lead a team of Regional HR Professionals and provide counsel to leaders on complex employee relations matters. You will conduct or lead fact finding investigations and through a consultative approach you will problem solve, influence resolution, and mitigate risk. As part of the leadership team, you'll play a role in the strategic planning, leadership development and execution of initiatives that impact Waste Connections.
