- The Manager of Finance and Operations oversees the analyst team and daily operations, delegation of tasks, and auditing of analysis work
- This role works within the Healthcare Organization to streamline budgeting and forecasting, manage partnerships with health plans, and assists in provider bonuses
- Monday-Friday 8am – 5pm
- No on-call or weekends!
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance (Or related)
- 2 years of recent leadership experience
- Experience with Accounting software and Accounting experience with variance analysis vs. actuals/cash flow
- MBA
- Experience with a Medical Group that has worked with Medicare Advantage Health Plan, global risk business models
- SQL Experience
- Up to $1000/year for continuing education expenses
- Medical, Dental, Vision
- $1 Premium for Employee Only Medical Plan
- HSA $1,500 Match
- Annual Wellness Bonus
- 401k 50% Match (Up to 4%)
- 15 PTO Days (Increases at Year 3 & 5) Paid Holidays
