Manager of Finance and Operations HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Manager of Finance and Operations to fill an opening with a Healthcare Organization in The Villages, FLDaily Responsibilities for Manager of Finance and Operations:
Manage the team’s day to day workflow, reviewing and auditing work, guiding and educating on new tasks
Prepare monthly cash flow projections
Manage monthly financial forecasting and annual budget process
Shift: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm, No on-call!
Required Qualifications for Manager of Finance and Operations:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
Minimum 2 years of recent supervisory experience
Experience utilizing Accounting Software
Must have accounting experience providing variance analysis vs. actuals and cash flow

Pay Details:
$95-$115K Annual Salary
Annual bonus opportunity up to 10%
