HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Manager of Finance and Operations to fill an opening with a Healthcare Organization in The Villages, FLDaily Responsibilities for Manager of Finance and Operations:
- Manage the team’s day to day workflow, reviewing and auditing work, guiding and educating on new tasks
- Prepare monthly cash flow projections
- Manage monthly financial forecasting and annual budget process
- Shift: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm, No on-call!
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 2 years of recent supervisory experience
- Experience utilizing Accounting Software
- Must have accounting experience providing variance analysis vs. actuals and cash flow

- Charter School Eligibility
- $95-$115K Annual Salary
- Annual bonus opportunity up to 10%
