Key responsibilities:

- Sales through service

-Client satisfaction by determining and then exceeding their expectations

-Communicate the value of our services(in person and on the phone)

-Successfully handle pricing objections and inquiries

-Promote and market our services, products and events via clear telephone and written communication.

-Spot sales opportunities, and directly liaise with the wellness team regarding packages and add on treatments.

-Maintain client accounts to allow smooth transactions and offer 5 star service

-*-Turn cold leads to warm and then to hot leads and ensuring loyalty to lifetime customers*

-Creating and nurturing relationships with individuals and community for long-term partnerships

-Manage inbound phone calls for scheduling

- Provide an exceptional waiting room environment

-Communicate with clients before appointments and manage their journey and scheduling

-Follow-up with current, past and future clients via phone or other media

-Collect appropriate fees from clients and provide accurate invoices

-Perform computer tasks for client account management

-Create systems to ease workflow with consistent and high quality results

-Maintain an organized office by following procedures for tracking and following up with team members and clients

-Set clients up on wellness equipment w/ training provided to you and support present

Starting rate $18-22 /hr dependent on experience with potential for bonuses or progression as initiative and skills are demonstrated.

This is a Client-focused position with Service, Sales, & Marketing all working towards the end result of positive client outcomes!

You will be our #1 client service representative!! We want the clients to be glad to be here and for you to enjoy your job!

You will need to perform tasks to assist clients with their accounts, products, tracking, etc., to allow clients to have the best experience possible.

You will need to be highly organized, cautious with details, an excellent listener and demonstrate the ability to work from your initiative. You should be open to challenges and enjoy having a varied workload, whilst being able to manage and deliver on customer expectations.

Here at Onshore we focus on the wellness goals of our clients and provide a service which is a cut above the rest. It is a must that you have an active interest in health and well-being.

Ongoing sales and marketing training will be provided in recommending products and services for our clients.

When not directly working with clients, light administrative duties can be completed to allow the facility to run smoothly including:

maintaining client accounts, tracking and organizing merchandise, assisting with marketing materials, tracking leads and assisting with whatever it takes to nurture the client journey.
