The Membership Coordinator presents the first impression of Wentworth Golf Club to guests, prospective members and the public. They oversee all aspects of membership, including answering membership related questions from organizing events to recruit new members. The Membership Coordinator will also maintain records, tracking guest and member figures, and partner with the accounting department regarding the payment of membership fees. The ideal candidate is goal driven, motivated and enthusiastic about growing the Wentworth Community!

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Responsible for meeting assigned monthly and annual revenue goals by driving new membership.
• Responsible for regular guest communication regarding events and membership
• Serves as the main point of contact for all member social events
• Partner with Sales & Marketing to create marketing, invitations, etc for membership events and initiatives
• Maintain membership database and records
• Responsible for working with the Operations Manager to create an activity calendar for membership that supports membership goals
• Responsible for checking and making sure the website is up to date with most accurate and current membership information
• Attend all membership events sponsored by the Golf Club.

Required Skills/Abilities (education, prior work experience, special skills, etc.)

• Must be 18 years of age
• self starter, focused and motivated to meet and exceed goals
• Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Must possess basic math/ computation ability.
• Must possess computer skills, including, but not limited to email and calendar use, Microsoft Office
• Excellent interpersonal and sales-related skills
• One year of related experience (membership sales, etc) is preferred
• Golf experience preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
