Job Overview:
We are seeking a Weekend Receptionist to join our team. As a Weekend Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and administrative support to ensure smooth operations. This is a part-time position that requires working on weekends.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Provide general information to callers and visitors
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Assist with project coordination and office management tasks
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Handle order entry and process customer requests
- Support customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Assist with filing, scanning, and organizing documents

Experience:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Proficient in using Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and clerical tasks
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Previous experience as a personal assistant is a plus
