Kane's Furniture, Florida's Furniture leader for over 75 years is seeking a talented General Manager to join our Tampa Market Team.What will you be doing?
- You have full responsibility for running a successful store location!
- Create a People First culture so that our associates are engaged and inspired to be their very best.
- Develop and execute sales strategies and goals designed to increase your store’s sales and profitability.
- Create new and innovative ways to drive sales and traffic in your location – all ideas are welcome!
- Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, develop, and hold your associates accountable to their individual and team goals.
- Ensure your team is fully staffed based on staffing level goals.
- Continually assess training needs of the staff and utilize available resources to provide the knowledge, coaching and development needed to effectively perform the duties of their jobs.
