Job Description

We are a mid-sized law firm representing businesses and individuals in the areas of real estate, probate, business, and family law. We are seeking a mid-level Associate Attorney to join our active Real Estate and Probate department in our Tacoma office.

Candidates should have strong academic credentials, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a commitment to deliver exceptional client service to every client, every time. The ideal candidate will have two to five years of real estate and/or probate law experience (experience with evictions and litigation are a huge plus). This position will require the candidate to handle litigation-related tasks, including drafting motions, attending court hearings, and working directly with clients.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Juris Doctorate from accredited law school.
• Admittance and good standing with the Washington State Bar Association.
• In-office or hybrid workers preferred.
• 2 years' experience practicing real estate and/or probate law.
• Candidates must have experience with hourly billing and case management.
