Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Paralegal with a focus on real estate, construction, or business law. TEDRA experience is a plus. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of litigation paralegal experience. Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, and some Excel) are critical to success in this position. Familiarity with state and local court rules and procedure is a must. The successful candidate will support 2-3 attorneys, be comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment, and possess strong organizational and time management skills.

Key Competencies:

  •  Minimum 4 years of paralegal experience in litigation
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Outlook, and some Excel)
  • Calendaring, scheduling, and docketing experience
  • Experience billing time; meeting a 5 hours per day billable hours requirement
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Professional in appearance and demeanor
  • Punctual and reliable
