Job Description
Powers Advisory Group, an independent investment advisory firm, is currently looking for a full-time Client Service Specialist. Responsibilities include:
-act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
-providing client service via telephone, e-mail, and in-person
-preparing materials for client meetings
-assisting the operations team to process client needs
-maintaining accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and inquiries in the company's CRM system or database
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a positive/friendly attitude. A background in the investment industry, strong organizational skills and / or prior administrative experience will also be taken into consideration.
