Job Overview:
In this position, the Driver operates a Sedan, owned by the Community Medical Center Foundations, transporting patients to and from Community Medical Center.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Must possess a valid NJ drivers license and meet all requirements listed, and insurable by Medical Center business Auto Insurer
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
Scheduling Requirements:
- Shifts vary starting as early as 7:00am and last as late as 6:00pm
- Per Diem
Essential Functions:
- Assists patients by opening and closing car doors and obtaining wheelchair if needed
- Keep car interior in a clean and presentable condition
- May be called upon to make trips and transport as assigned by the LCSW
- Offer a stable hand as patients gets into car
- Operates car in a safe, professional and courteous manner
- Receive assignment and keep LCSW informed of activities, needs and problems
