Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Staffing Supervisor to join our team at Carmona Pool Services! The ideal candidate will oversee recruitment, training, and scheduling of staff members, ensuring staffing needs are met effectively.

Job Responsibilities:
Work hours may vary (8-9 hours per day), 6 days per week. Two shifts will include 8:00am-5pm and 11:30-8pm. You are required to work 3 morning shifts and 3 evening shifts per week. You can choose one permanent weekday off (Monday-Thursday). As a staffing manager, you will report to our office in Whiting, NJ for every shift. Your main responsibilities will be, but are not limited to: scheduling lifeguard staff for multiple pool schedules, handling call-outs and time off requests, ensuring compliance with internal and external policies and regulations, overseeing all staffing needs and operations, assisting in the execution of onboarding and training plans, and collaborating with our Payroll Department to ensure correct employee timesheets and compensation. You will receive full training on how to properly use our scheduling application during your first week of employment. A company cell phone will also be provided.
