Martin Energy Group Services LLC is Hiring a Field Service Analyst Near Tipton, MO

Description

Job summary:

Responsible for performing activities based on direction from Martin Construction Resource Field Service and Sales Teams, pertaining to a variety of analytical reports used by the organization to assess and establish industry best practices, customer requests and issues, & service estimation. Develops reporting tools for internal and external parties, and conducts analytical research related to the agricultural & renewable energy industries.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Establishes and maintains a collaborative relationship with members in other departments including Field Service, Engineering, Sales, and Accounting in addressing production/ process lifespan, costs, & opportunities for improvement.
  • Manages customer-related inquiries and issues as directed by company leaders. Analyzes information, collects and cross-references supporting documentation to identify the cause of issues or problems. Makes recommendation or provides resolution, effectively communicates resolution to applicable departments, and promptly provides resolution or feedback to customer(s) and sales representatives.
  • Evaluates contractual obligations, pricing, and volume/usage/production data and prepares service recommendations & pricing for long term, after sales revenue models.
  • Prepares and sends regular reports on production/efficiency data, and revenue planning for the Dept. 
  • Assists Sales Team in Service/ Support models for offering to customers.
  • Manages entry and management of customer-related/ site specific data for long term tracking.
  • Assists Field Service team in scheduling of upcoming service, and communication with customers. Additionally, works with Field Service and Marketing Department to develop sales material to be used as part of targeted sales/marketing campaign and/or in direct interaction with identified customers and/or prospects.
  • Makes recommendations to Sales team. Interprets and understands farm inputs, biogas production, & equipment service life, and makes recommendations on revenue opportunities.
  • Utilizes problem-solving and multi-tasking skills to manage daily work requirements along with interruptions of additional requests.
  • Performs other related duties as required.

Requirements

Education:

Requires a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.

 Capability and Skillset Requirements:

  • Able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

  • Must have strong computer software skills in a windows environment, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

 Physical Requirements:

  • Able to exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a minimal amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
  • Able to demonstrate the manual dexterity to operate a personal computer effectively.
  • Able to sit for extended periods of time.
  • Able to view personal computer for long periods of time.
  • Able to speak, read and understand the English language.
  • Able to operate office machines including telephone, photocopier, fax machine, calculator, scanner, etc.

 Working Conditions:

  • Able to work indoors, in an office environment, regardless of whether open office, cubicle or private office.
  • Able to travel regularly, to attend meetings and/or energy industry conferences, customers, and project sites/ farms.
