Painter
SUMMARY: The Residential Painter will report directly to the Community Manager and will be responsible for all the duties in connection with the completion of residential turnover painting and common area update painting.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: are listed below and will always include those specifically assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Prepares and completes the painting of residential units and the common areas.
Patching, sanding, painting of walls, ceilings, doors, and trim.
Mix paint and other materials to prepare the right color or texture.
Keeping the job site clean and tidy.
Care and cleaning of equipment.
