This is a 5-day/week onsite role.
Our client is a Distribution company in the Pharma industry. They are privately held, family owned and have 35 employees currently across multiple states. They are looking to grow the organization to around 70 employees.
This role is a standalone HR Generalist/Manager position and would be the first HR person for the organization! It’s an exciting opportunity to build your own HR function interacting with the owners and employees. Initially the emphasis is on Talent Acquisition/Recruiting (sourcing, interviewing, building process), HR Compliance (handbook and creating policies/procedures); but over time, you’ll take on benefits and other HR functions as the company continues to grow and scale.
This role is onsite in Syosset.
The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of Professional HR experience, bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with strength in Recruiting/Talent Acquisition (prior Pharma recruiting experience is a must), Talent management, HR Compliance (policies and procedures) in a multi-state environment.
