Perigon Group is Hiring a Development Accountant Near Sydney, FL
This is a varied Development Accountant role in which you'll get to work closely with senior managers. Duties include:
- Business partnering with perspective stake holders to assist with financial management, budgeting, and forecasting
- Assist in preparation of quarterly review
- Updating and reconciliation of feasibility models & workflow
- Preparation of monthly journal entries
- Review of project cost allocations
- Assist development team in any ad-hoc finance requirements
- Record / journal deposits, settlements and refunds
- Preparation of forecast analysis
- Complete the reconciliation for all bank accounts associated with deposits, sales
- Prepare month end balance sheet reconciliations (deposits, accruals, inventory, others as required)
- Work with the Finance team to prepare the audit file to support financial statements and disclosures
- Contribute to the preparation and verification of investor information
- Participate & contribute to meetings and make suggestions for continuous improvement
