As a Membership Assistant at Costco, you will be responsible for assisting customers with membership applications, renewals, and inquiries.
You will provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers have a positive experience and that their membership needs are met.
Your role is crucial in maintaining and growing Costco’s membership base.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist customers with membership applications and renewals.
- Provide information about membership benefits and services.
- Process membership payments and issue membership cards.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any membership issues.
- Maintain accurate membership records and documentation.
- Promote and upsell membership upgrades and services.
- Collaborate with team members to meet membership targets.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous customer service or sales experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Basic computer skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
