Signature Solar is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented eCommerce Merchandising Manager to optimize our online storefront and maximize sales performance in the solar industry. As the eCommerce Merchandising Manager, you will be responsible for managing our product listings, developing merchandising strategies, and enhancing the online shopping experience. Your efforts will ensure that our products are presented attractively and effectively to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction.

A successful candidate must be able to:

• Product Presentation: Oversee the visual and textual presentation of products on our website, ensuring clear, attractive, and persuasive product listings.
• Merchandising Strategy: Develop and implement effective merchandising & promotion strategies that align with our marketing goals and promote seasonal or strategic products.
• Conversion Rate Optimization: Assist in the design, development, and implementation of our ecommerce strategies to drive website performance and optimize conversion rate
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze product performance, customer feedback, and market trends to optimize listings and promotions.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the software, sales, and procurement teams to ensure that merchandising strategies complement overall business objectives.
• Promotional Campaigns: Coordinate with the marketing department to develop and execute promotional campaigns that align with inventory levels and consumer demand.
• Customer Experience: Continuously improve the online shopping experience, aiming for ease of use, informative content, and high customer satisfaction.
• Innovation and Trends: Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in eCommerce merchandising to keep our storefront fresh and competitive.
• All other duties assigned.

Qualifications:

• Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; at least 5 years of experience in eCommerce or online merchandising, preferably in a leadership role.
