RESPONSIBILITIES

• ·Candidate will be responsible for posting invoices and cutting checks for multiple locations
• ·Review all invoices for accuracy and ensure approvals
• ·When necessary, review invoices with the AP Manager
• ·Review open invoice with AP Manager
• ·Track invoice that are prepaids
• ·Match checks with invoices
• ·Maintain and organize all files
• ·Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• ·HS diploma or equivalent required
• ·2 years of related experience preferred
