International Window company has an immediate full time opening for a Shipping Clerk. Work as a team member interacting with multiple facilities in coordination of their shipments.

Responsibilities:

· Creating packing shippers, packing documents and bill of ladings in Oracle and Epics Systems

· Producing certs., pull tests and other related documentation as required for shipment

· Check scheduling report

· Creating daily shipping manifests

· Manifest follow up with redirection if required

· Filing and organization

· Other related administrative duties

Skills:

· 2-5 years relevant experience required

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills both in person and over the phone

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel

· Epics knowledge a plus

· Oracle knowledge a plus

· Must work well in a team setting
