What You’ll Do
Participate as a full time catering coordinator
Set up catering station at private events
Set tableware and have a understanding of where utensils and platters go
Communicate and coordinate directly with clients
Be able to perform busser, server, or tray passer duties at event to meet all client needs
Arrive on time, dress professionally, and come prepared to work
Busser
Set tables, arrange and replace silverware, replenish beverage glasses, observe cleanliness and safety regulations, and clean up after events by clearing the tables
Constantly be on the lookout for dirty glassware and trash and make sure everything stays clean and tidy.
Ensures a hygienic and enjoyable dining experience from start to finish.
Server
Provide professional, efficient, and accommodating service to event guests
Tray Passer
Distribute and serve finger foods and desserts event guests
Ensure the event runs smoothly and all guests are attended to
